August was a special treat for our YPs because we mixed things up with our venue for this month. Ameritrend Homes opened their model on Bayshore in Port St Lucie. Co-sponsored by APB Title, these two companies really did a great job hosting our event.
The Realtors Assoc. of St Lucie now offers its members a new statistical report. Maria Wells, 2010 RASL President, came to speak to our group about this report and how to interpret it. We each received a copy and were shown how we could use the figures to stand out in the marketplace and be more knowledgeable.
We also talked about how YPN of the Treasure Coast is going to be offering educational lunch-and-learn sessions quarterly. We invite those who are interested in helping out or have idea for topics to let us know. You can leave a comment below or call Sarah at 772-485-3214.
